ほとんどの用品におきまして在庫を抱えておらず、お取り寄せとなります。メンバー様以外の一般のお客様の１万円以下のご注文は送料がかかります。

Important Notice to Our International Visitors

Thank you for your interest in our venue!
Please note that we are a pool bar, not a billiard pro shop. Because our main business is the bar/venue itself, we have strict policies regarding the sale of billiard supplies to prevent misunderstandings:

* Playing Customers Only: We do not sell billiard supplies to walk-in customers who are not playing/using our pool bar. 

* Communication Requirement: Our staff cannot speak fluent English. To avoid ordering errors, we cannot assist or sell to customers who do not have a translation app installed on their phone.

* Special Orders Only (No In-Store Stock): We do not keep most items in stock. All items must be ordered from our suppliers.

* Prepayment & No Cancellations: Full payment is required upfront when placing your order. Please note that no refunds or cancellations are accepted once the payment is made.

* Processing & Delivery Time: 

  - It can take up to 4 days just to check item availability with our suppliers.

  - Once confirmed, it takes about 1 week for the items to arrive at our shop.

* Shipping Fees: For orders under ¥10,000, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
